Morning

Check in and kickstart your day with an invigorating Yoga session!

Follow this up with  a Functional Workout (HYROX-style) hosted by Cole of The Basement Fitness.

Try something new and jump into Zumba led by Val.

Hit one of Sudbury's most scenic trails, Rotary Trail for a 5K or 10K run.

Feeling stressed, exhausted or tired? Head out to the quiet scenic lookout for a Breath-work and Meditation Session from Todd G of Harmony Counselling.

Fuel up with nutritious snacks and connect with fellow fitness lovers.

Afternoon

Enjoy a healthy lunch put on by The Kouzzina restaurant, while listening to some amazing live music. 

With such a beautiful hill sitting there, it would be a waste not to run up and down it a few times. Try Hell On the Hill- 1 hour to get in as many times as you want/can. With DJ Greg to cheer you on.

Don't like heights? Try out Yoga with Shyianne.

Time to take the Plunge! Cold tub recovery and maybe some hydrotherapy with a sauna and swim. It would be crazy not to have some Banging tunes at the same time, put on by DJ Tom Dolla.

Evening

Wind down the day with a great meal from The Kouzzina.

Motivated already? You haven't experienced anything like the talk from keynote speaker Kris Cacciotti.

Time for a celebration to finish off with live music from the Shawn Steinhart Band!
